This week begins in the gentle unraveling of a waning moon in Aquarius.

There’s a feeling here… like everything has been a bit a lot lately.

Busy minds, full schedules, emotions rising and falling like waves we didn’t quite expect.

And if you’re feeling exhausted right now… please know, you are not alone, this isn’t a week to push harder, it’s a week to soften/rest/release before you rise again.

🌙 The Energy of This Week

  • Sunday–Monday: Waning Moon in Aquarius
    Detachment, reflection, stepping back from the noise
  • Tuesday–Wednesday: Moon in Pisces
    Sensitivity, intuition, emotional release, deep rest
  • Thursday: Moon in Aries
    A spark returns… motivation begins to flicker
  • Friday: New Moon in Aries
    Fresh starts, bold intentions, courageous beginnings
  • Saturday: Moon in Taurus
    Grounding, nourishment, stability, slowing into what matters

This is a week of transition, from tired… to inspired.

But we don’t rush that shift, we honour the space in between.

When You’re This Tired… Start Here

Before rituals.
Before plans.
Before trying to “get back on track”…

Pause.

Put your hand on your chest.

Take a breath.

And ask yourself:

“What do I actually need today?”

Not what you should do or what’s on your todo list. What do you need?

Because sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do, is nothing at all.

If You Can, Go Outside

This week especially, try to step into natural light before screens, even just for a few moments.

Stand at your window. Step into the garden. Let the daylight touch your skin, let it wake something ancient in your body.

Just light… and breath.

And if you can’t get outside? Open a window, watch the sky. Notice the movement of clouds, the sound of birds, the shift in the air.

Nature doesn’t require perfection or effort, just presence.

A Simple Reset Practice (2 Minutes)

If everything feels overwhelming, try this:

  • Sit comfortably
  • Place both feet flat on the floor
  • Rest one hand on your heart, one on your stomach

Breathe in slowly for 4…
Hold for 2…
Out for 6…

Repeat gently.

With each breath out, imagine releasing pressure.

No forcing or fixing, just a gentle resetting.

🔥 New Moon in Aries – A Call to Begin Again

By Friday, something shifts, you may feel it as a flicker, a small spark, a quiet voice saying…
“Okay… I’m ready now.”

That’s the New Moon in Aries. This is not gentle, floaty energy, this is movement
Courage – Action.

From the truth rather than pressure.

✨ New Moon Ritual – Ignite Your Intention

You will need:

  • A candle (white, red, or whatever you have)
  • A piece of paper
  • A pen

Step One – Clear the Space
Take a few deep breaths.
Let the week fall away from you.

Step Two – Write Your Intention
Not a long list. Just one or two that feel significant.

Ask yourself:

“What am I ready to begin?”

Write it clearly and in present tense as if it’s already unfolding.

Step Three – Light the Flame
As you light your candle, say:

“I call my energy back to me.
I am ready to begin.”

Step Four – Feel It
Close your eyes. Visualise yourself already living this intention.

Not perfectly… but truthfully.

Feel the shift.

Step Five – Anchor It
Keep the paper somewhere safe, or return to it over the coming weeks.

Let it grow with you.

Grounding into Taurus

By Saturday, the energy settles, after the fire of Aries, Taurus reminds us that we don’t need to rush, we don’t need to prove anything, rather we just need to root into what matters.

Eat something nourishing.
Wrap yourself in something soft.
Slow your pace.
