You’ll lie on the therapy couch, covered with a soft towel and supported with cushions to ensure you feel completely at ease.

Gentle, flowing massage techniques are used across the body, working with your natural rhythm to release tension and encourage relaxation. Pressure can be adjusted throughout to suit your preference, allowing the treatment to be as light or as deeply soothing as you need.
