How often do we spend our weekends catching up on jobs, running errands, and preparing for another busy week without ever truly stopping?

Sunday Chill is your invitation to pause. Created as a weekly self care ritual, Sunday Chill offers you the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace the restorative power of rest.

Each session begins with a gentle guided grounding and body scan, helping you settle into the present moment before drifting into a deeply relaxing sound bath.

Using a carefully chosen combination of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, every session offers a unique experience designed to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation.

Throughout each month, Sunday Chill follows a gentle rhythm of four themes:

Pause • Grow • Celebrate • Release

Inspired by the natural cycles of the month, each week’s focus offers a fresh experience while remaining welcoming, accessible and suitable for everyone, regardless of experience or beliefs.

Whether you come to unwind after a busy week, prepare yourself for the week ahead, create a regular self care practice, or simply enjoy an hour where nobody needs anything from you, this space is yours.

There is nothing to achieve. Nothing to fix. Nothing expected of you… Simply arrive, get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to rest.

What to Expect

What to Bring

We’ve created a cosy, comfortable space so you can simply arrive and relax.

Yoga mats, blankets and eye masks are all provided. Please bring a cushion or pillow

If you have a favourite blanket or any comfort items that help you feel especially cosy, you’re very welcome to bring them along.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.

Important Information

Sound therapy is a deeply relaxing experience and is suitable for most people. However, it may not be appropriate for everyone. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device, are in your first trimester of pregnancy, experience sound induced epilepsy, or have any concerns regarding your health, please get in touch before booking so we can discuss whether this session is suitable for you.
