Step away from the busyness of everyday life and gift yourself an hour of peace.

The Quiet Hour is a weekly guided meditation experience designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself in a calm and welcoming space.

Each week explores a different theme, offering an opportunity to rest, reflect and reconnect. Themes may include relaxation, emotional well-being, confidence, gratitude, self compassion, resilience, nature, mindfulness, chakra balancing and many more, making every session a unique experience.

Simply arrive, settle into a comfortable position and allow yourself to be guided through a peaceful and restorative meditation.

What to expect

• A warm welcome and gentle grounding exercise

• Approximately 40 minutes of guided meditation

• Quiet reflection with optional themed journaling using The Goddess Haven reflection sheets

• Herbal tea as you gently return to the present moment

There is never any expectation to speak or share. This is your time to pause, breathe and simply be.
