A Sound Bath & Hypnotherapy Journey under the Waning Aquarius Moon

Join us for a deeply restorative evening of release, reflection, and energetic renewal as we work with the liberating energy of the waning moon in Aquarius.

This unique collaboration between The Goddess Haven Ltd and Sarah Marie Hypnotherapy blends immersive sound therapy, solution-focused hypnotherapy, ritual, journaling, and intentional release work to help you gently let go of what no longer aligns.

Under the energy of the waning moon, a time associated with release, reflection, and clearing, we’ll create space to soften unhealthy attachments, emotional heaviness, draining dynamics, old stories, and the energetic cords that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves.

The evening will begin with optional smoke cleansing and Florida Water anointing, allowing you to settle, ground, and gently arrive into sacred space.

We’ll then move into a grounding gong release, using breath and sound vibration to help loosen stagnant energy held within the body before transitioning into a deeply relaxing sound bath and guided hypnotherapy journey.

As the evening unfolds, you’ll be invited to reflect through gentle journaling prompts and grounding herbal tea, before moving into a symbolic cord-cutting and release ritual using black thread and fire — an intentional act of letting go and reclaiming your energy.

Each guest will also receive:

• A crystal to support release and grounding (such as obsidian, smoky quartz, or black tourmaline)
• An affirmation slip intuitively chosen by you at the end of the evening
• A blessing card to take home as a reminder of your journey

This evening is not about forcing change or “fixing” yourself.
It is about creating space.
Softening what no longer serves you.
And gently returning to yourself.
