Step into a deeply immersive sound bath experience designed to help you reconnect with your goals, align with your direction, and call forward what you are ready to receive.

Held under the energy of the waxing gibbous moon, this session works with a powerful phase of growth and momentum, a time where intentions begin to strengthen, energy builds, and what you are working toward starts to take shape.

This is not simply about wishing for change. It is about becoming aligned with it.

We begin the evening with a guided success oil anointing ritual, inviting clarity, focus, and confidence into your energy field. This gentle but intentional practice supports you in connecting with a specific goal or direction, whether that is practical, material, emotional, or personal.

From here, you will be guided into a deeply restorative sound journey.

Through the grounding resonance of the gong and the soothing tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, the body is invited to soften, the mind begins to quiet, and space is created for clarity to emerge.

This session includes intentional moments of release, allowing you to let go of doubt, distraction, and anything that may be clouding your focus, so you can reconnect with your direction and move forward with greater ease.

You will then be guided through a deeply immersive meditation, held by our resident Hypnotherapist, Sarah Swan, designed to help you embody the version of yourself who is already moving toward your goal, not through force, but through alignment, awareness, and trust.

To close the evening, you will be invited into a powerful integration ritual.

Using a guided “Letter to Your Future Self” process, you will write from a place where your intention has already unfolded, allowing you to anchor the emotional, energetic, and practical aspects of what you are calling into your life.

This is where manifestation becomes embodied.
