Waning Moon in Scorpio → Sagittarius → Capricorn
Last week we cracked the cocoon.
This week we discover what came out with us.
Emergence is beautiful, but it isn’t tidy. When we step forward after a long inward season, we don’t just bring our light. We bring our shadows, our truths, our half-healed stories, and the parts of ourselves that still feel raw.
And that’s not failure, not by any means, that’s alchemy.
The waning moon is not about shrinking back. It’s about refining what is real. It’s about emotional honesty, gentle release, and walking forward lighter.
This is a week for truth. Not drama. Not punishment. Just truth.
🌙 This Week’s Lunar Flow
We move through the waning moon in Scorpio → Sagittarius → Capricorn — a journey from depth, to meaning, to grounded integration.
Think of it as emotional composting.
We’re not throwing anything away.
We’re transforming it.
Sunday–Tuesday – Moon in Scorpio
Scorpio is the sign that says:
“Come here, sit down. We need to talk.”
Not aggressively, not cruelly, just honestly.
You may notice:
• Old emotions resurfacing
• Memories you thought you’d packed away
• Sudden clarity
• Strong reactions that carry information
• A desire for privacy or quiet
Scorpio isn’t here to drown you, it’s here to help you empty what’s been sitting too long.
A simple Scorpio candle ritual:
Light a candle in a darkened room.
Write down one thing you are tired of carrying emotionally.
Hold the paper to your chest and say:
“I see you. I thank you. I release you.”
Tear the paper. Blow out the candle.
Let the room go dark for a moment.
That’s the magic. No theatrics required.
Florida Water: Ritual Cleansing
We’ve just received a new stock of Florida Water, and this week’s Scorpio energy makes it the perfect ally!
Florida Water isn’t about aesthetics, it’s about clearing emotional residue and stepping into sacred space.
A few ritual ways to use it:
• Add a few drops to bath water for energetic release
• Dab on wrists before meditation or journalling
• Clean doorways or mirrors to reset a space
• Wipe down your altar or ritual tools
• Lightly mist the air after emotional conversations
And yes, it also smells incredible.
Think of it as spiritual housekeeping, very effective.

Wednesday–Thursday – Moon in Sagittarius
After Scorpio’s emotional excavation, Sagittarius lifts our gaze.
This is the breath after crying, the laugh after heaviness, the moment you realise you’re still here.
Sagittarius says:
“You are allowed to grow beyond your pain.”
Go outside. Look up. Stretch your spine.
Ask:
“What am I moving toward now?”
Not a plan, a feeling. That’s enough direction for this week.
Friday–Saturday – Moon in Capricorn
Capricorn grounds the energy.
This is the integration phase:
“What am I willing to commit to?”
Not hustle, not productivity theatre, just sustainable promises to yourself.
Write one small vow:
“I will rest before burnout.”
“I will speak honestly.”
“I will protect my energy.”
“I will finish what matters.”
Capricorn magic is quiet discipline.
It’s self-respect in action.
Haven Highlight: Reclaiming Her
This week’s Scorpio release energy aligns beautifully with the rebirth of a space that is deeply personal to me.
Reclaiming Her is the return of womb work, not as trend, performance or spiritual bypassing, but as a grounded invitation to come home to the body.
This is not about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you were before you learned to shrink.
The womb carries memory. Emotion. Intuition. Creativity. When we tend it gently, we soften our relationship with our entire self.
This space is about:
• Emotional release
• Nervous system safety
• Embodied self-trust
• Feminine reclamation
• Deep rest
• Quiet rebirth
Scorpio energy asks us to feel deeply.
Reclaiming Her gives that feeling somewhere safe to land.

A Simple Homemade Florida Water Recipe
(For cleansing, blessing, protection & everyday ritual use)
Traditional Florida Water has roots in folk magic, spiritual cleansing, and energetic refreshment. While bottled versions are beautiful and convenient, making your own is a lovely ritual in itself. It becomes less about the product and more about intention.
This is a gentle, accessible version using ingredients many people already have at home.
You’ll need:
• A clean glass jar or bottle
• Peel of 1 orange or lemon (or both)
• A small handful of rosemary
• A few lavender sprigs (or dried lavender)
• A cinnamon stick or pinch of ground cinnamon
• A splash of vodka or witch hazel (acts as a preservative)
• Water (filtered if possible)
Optional additions:
Clove, star anise, bay leaf, mint, or rose petals
Method
Add your ingredients to the jar slowly and intentionally. As you place each one inside, name what you’re inviting:
“Cleansing.”
“Protection.”
“Peace.”
“Fresh energy.”
Fill with water and a small splash of vodka or witch hazel. Seal the jar and gently shake.
Leave it somewhere safe for 24–72 hours to infuse. Some people like to leave it on a windowsill overnight or charge it under moonlight. Trust your instincts.
Strain into a clean bottle when ready.
Ways to use it
• Add a few drops to a ritual bath
• Wipe down doorways or thresholds
• Dab on wrists for energetic refresh
• Spray into a room after heavy conversations
• Use before journalling, meditation, or spellwork
• Clean altar tools or sacred objects
• Wash hands after emotional processing
Florida Water isn’t about superstition. It’s about resetting the nervous system through scent, ritual, and symbolic cleansing. The act of pausing, preparing, and using it is what creates the magic.
And if buying or making it is not for you right now, even washing your hands mindfully under running water carries the same intention.
No gatekeeping. Just tools for remembering your own power.
Waning Moon Release Practice
Under the waning moon, write a list titled:
“What I am ready to stop carrying.”
Small weights count.
Guilt.
Old roles.
Expectations.
Fear of being misunderstood.
Versions of yourself that no longer fit.
Tear or burn safely. Say:
“I release what no longer walks beside me.”
And if you feel dramatic while doing it?
Good. Witchcraft is allowed to be a little theatrical! (Just don’t set off the smoke alarm.)
Intention for the Week Ahead
“I grow with honesty.
I release what is finished.
I walk forward lighter,
and I trust what is becoming.”
Until next week,
With love,
Marie xx
