Sound therapy harnesses that power, intentionally and therapeutically, using sound vibrations to bring your energy back into balance, settle the nervous system, and guide the mind into a deeply restful state. It’s not about music, and you don’t have to be ‘into sound baths’ or know anything about frequencies to benefit.

You’ll be welcomed into the peaceful setting to quiet the noise of everyday life. After a gentle check-in, you’ll lie fully clothed on the therapy couch, cosy under a blanket if you like, and simply relax.
