Combining a warm herbal foot soak, a 15-minute crystal singing bowl sound bath, and a soothing lower leg and foot massage, this unique experience invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
Your session begins with a warm herbal foot soak, using your choice of one of four ritual blends: Sacred Self Love, Lunar Pathways, The Crossroads, or Sacred Ground. Each blend is carefully prepared with mineral salts and botanicals to support different intentions, from relaxation and emotional release to grounding and clarity. You’ll be invited to choose the blend that calls to you on the day, creating a small moment of intention at the start of your treatment.
As your feet soak, you will be guided into a 15-minute crystal singing bowl sound bath allowing the body to fully settle into deep relaxation. The gentle tones and vibrations help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and allow the body to enter a deeper state of relaxation.
You will also be offered a calming herbal tea or infused drink to enjoy during this time, creating a moment of stillness and comfort.
Following the soak and sound bath, the ritual continues with a deeply relaxing massage of the feet and lower legs. Slow, flowing techniques are used to release tension, improve circulation, and support full body relaxation.
Soft lighting, calming aromas, and a peaceful atmosphere complete the experience, allowing you to fully switch off and rest.
