Sunday Pages – A Gentle Weekly Hour of Reflection & Reset

Starting Sunday 7th January 2026
4:00pm – 5:00pm every sunday at Willsbridge Mill, Bristol, BS30 6EX

Sunday Pages is a soft, low-pressure hour just for you, a weekly moment to breathe out the week behind you, settle your thoughts, and gently prepare for the week ahead.

Each Sunday afternoon we’ll come together in a cosy, calm space at Willsbridge Mill, with a small altar, soft lighting, incense, herbal tea, and room to simply be. You’ll receive printed reflection prompts every week to help you explore your thoughts, notice how you’re feeling, and set a gentle intention for the days to come.

This is an hour of grounding, journaling, and quiet self-connection. Nothing intense, nothing overwhelming, just a peaceful weekly reset that supports your wellbeing.

You’re welcome to pull an oracle card for inspiration if you’d like, and each prompt sheet includes a small note on the current moon energies for those who enjoy a touch of the magical (completely optional).

Sunday Pages is suitable for everyone — witchy and non-witchy, experienced journalers or total beginners. It’s a welcoming, inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly space with no pressure to share unless you want to.

Why Weekly Journaling Helps

Journaling isn’t just writing, it’s a gentle way of listening to yourself. When you show up to it regularly, even for just an hour a week, it can quietly shift the way you move through your life.

Some of the benefits include:

Noticing patterns
Weekly journaling helps you spot the thoughts, behaviours, and emotional rhythms you might otherwise rush past.

Reframing your mindset
Taking a moment to reflect helps soften harsh self-talk and invite in kinder, clearer perspectives.

Strengthening your intuition
The more you tune into your inner world, the clearer your instincts, boundaries, and needs become.

Supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing
Writing things down can ease overwhelm, calm the mind, and help you feel more organised and understood by yourself.

Creating a routine of self-connection
Having one consistent hour each week becomes a powerful anchor — a moment that belongs entirely to you.

Setting clearer intentions
Reflecting on the week ahead helps you enter it grounded, prepared, and centred rather than scattered.

A quiet place to land
For many people, this becomes the peaceful pause they’ve been craving — a soft reset before stepping into a new week.
