First Sunday of Every Month
5:30pm – 6:30pm at Willsbridge Mill, Bristol BS30 6EX
After the quiet softness of Sunday Pages comes an hour of uncomplicated, nourishing rest.
Simply Sound is exactly what it sounds like — a gentle, easy sound bath with no deep guided meditation, no ritual process to follow, and no pressure to “do” anything. We start with a short grounding moment and then allow the sound to take over. Your mind is free to wander, drift, settle, or float… whatever it needs most.
Nothing to concentrate on.
Nothing to visualise.
Just sound, breath, and being held.
Sound therapy may feel gentle, but it works deeply. The vibrations move through the body and energy field in a way that helps release old patterns, soothe the nervous system, and support emotional processing.
When there’s no guided meditation telling you where to go or what to imagine, you often drop into a more instinctive, intuitive state — connecting naturally with your higher self and allowing whatever needs to shift to move. These are the moments when the quantum shifts tend to happen: clarity, emotional release, deep rest, subtle realignment, or a sudden sense of knowing.
Simply Sound gives your mind permission to wander wherever it needs to, without structure or direction. The sound does the work for you.
If you’re looking for a more ritualistic or guided inner journey, you might also love our Last Thursday of the Month Sound Bath, co-hosted with Sarah — our resident hypnotherapist.
These sessions are 90 minutes and weave together ritual, intention work, grounding cacao or tea, Sarah’s deep guided meditation, and now post-sound-bath journaling pages to integrate the insights that arise.
That event is £20 per person and offers a powerful, transformative journey.
Simply Sound, on the other hand, stays intentionally gentle and undirected — perfect for those Sundays where you just want to lie down, breathe, and be bathed in sound without any effort.
Both sessions have their own magic.
You’re welcome at either, or both, depending on what your soul needs that week.
