This monthly gathering invites you to pause, reconnect, and return to yourself through the healing energy of nature. Guided with gentle mindfulness, we’ll move slowly through the woodland — pausing for grounding practices, sensory awareness, and quiet reflection.
There’s no hiking, no rush, no expectation — just stillness, breath, and connection.

This space is especially supportive for those experiencing stress, anxiety, or burnout.
Forest Bathing — or Shinrin-Yoku — helps calm the mind, balance the emotions, and deepen connection to the natural world.

Donation: £3 per person (100% donated to Willsbridge Mill to support woodland upkeep and preservation)

This is a quiet and contemplative experience — a sacred pause from the noise of daily life. Participants are asked to honour the stillness of the space and others within it.
Gentle guidance will be offered throughout, but the true magic of forest bathing lies in learning to listen — to the forest, and to yourself.
Please arrive with an open heart and a willingness to be present.
