Welcome to Community Calm, a soft, nurturing Wednesday morning gathering created to offer support, connection and a moment to breathe. This pay-what-you-can session is designed to be accessible for everyone — especially those who may need a supportive space but can’t always attend traditional well-being offerings. This includes single parents without regular childcare for evening events, parent carers, those juggling multiple commitments, or anyone who simply needs a gentle midweek reset.
Each week, the space is open for quiet reflection, grounding and gentle nourishment. You’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are.
Journaling prompts to help you explore your thoughts and feelings
Oracle cards for gentle guidance
Mindful colouring pages for mindful creativity
A short guided meditation with soft sound (singing bowls, gong or chimes depending on the week)
Herbal tea and a calm, cosy atmosphere
Occasional extras such as breathwork, self-gua sha facials, mini relaxation techniques, or simple self-massage practices
This is a calm drop-in style session held with care and compassion. You can journal, colour, rest, stretch, sip tea, meditate, or simply sit quietly. There is no expectation to share, speak, or participate in anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
To keep this space accessible, you can choose from several contribution options to suit your budget.
