Community Calm – Wednesday Morning Pay What You Can Session

A gentle midweek reset for mind, body and spirit.

Community Calm is a relaxed Wednesday morning gathering where you can come and go as you please. There’s no pressure to stay for the full session, you’re welcome to pop in for 20 minutes, an hour, or just long enough for a cup of tea and a quiet moment.

This is a soft, cosy space designed for slowing down. No expectations, no performance, no sharing required. Just calm company and gentle practices you can engage with at your own pace.

Each session includes optional:

• Journaling prompts

• Oracle cards

• Mindful colouring

• Herbal tea

• A short guided meditation with soft sound

• Occasional gentle extras like breathwork or relaxation techniques

You can journal, colour, rest, stretch, sip tea, meditate, or simply sit quietly. Everything is optional. You arrive exactly as you are.

Contribution

Suggested contribution: £5–£10

Choose what feels right for you.

If cost is a barrier, message privately and a free place can be reserved quietly, no explanation needed.

Pay It Forward options are available for those who’d like to support someone else attending.

Practicalities

• Drop-in style, but booking essential due to limited space

• Mats, chairs and cushions provided

• Bring your own journal if you prefer
