Blending sound therapy, Reiki, crystal gua sha, facial massage, and intuitive energy work, this ritual is ideal for those who are emotionally exhausted, energetically scattered, or simply craving a moment of sacred self-honouring.

The experience flows intuitively, tailored to your needs, and always held in calm, loving presence.

Your treatment includes:

Warm towel cleansing ritual to release the day and begin your journey inward
Sound therapy using crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and the crystal pyramid to calm your nervous system and clear your field
Reiki energy healing, gently woven throughout the entire ritual, including during the facial and hand massage, supporting emotional release and balance
Crystal gua sha facial massage, using smooth rose quartz or jade tools to lift, sculpt, and ease facial tension
Sheet mask infusion, applied after gua sha to deeply nourish and cool the skin
Gua sha massage for the hands and arms while the mask settles, creating full-body relaxation and energy flow
Crystal roller finish, using cool stones to gently awaken and seal the ritual with soothing strokes
Moisturiser and eye cream application, using a simple, nourishing blend to hydrate and complete the experience
Optional crystals placed on or around the body, to support energetic alignment and deepen the connection
Grounding or guided visualisation, as needed, to help you return gently and mindfully

All oils, balms, and lotions used are infused with Reiki energy, and selected for their gentleness, intention, and alignment with your skin and spirit.
