Terms & Conditions

By booking a service, therapy, circle, course, or event with The Goddess Haven Ltd, you agree to the following:

  • Services: All therapies, workshops, circles, retreats, and products are offered by The Goddess Haven Ltd, founded and directed by Marie. Services are holistic in nature and are not a replacement for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to book therapies, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian and with prior agreement.

  • Responsibility: By taking part in therapies, circles, or courses, you accept personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Please consult a medical professional where necessary before engaging in complementary therapies.

  • Products: Crystals, spell kits, and ritual tools are intended for spiritual/energetic use only. They are not substitutes for medical, legal, or financial guidance.

  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Policies: Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the policies below.

Respect: All participants are asked to respect the sacred nature of events and the wellbeing of others. Disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave without refund.

Refund Policy

Products:

  • Refunds are available on unused, unopened products returned within 14 days of delivery (excluding bespoke, handmade, or personalised ritual/spell kits which are non-refundable).
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Events, Circles, and Workshops:

  • Refunds are not available for non-attendance.
  • If you cancel with more than 14 days’ notice, you may request a refund or transfer to another date/event.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable, though you may transfer your booking to another person.

Therapies (one-to-one sessions):

Cancellation Policy (Therapies)

If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one therapy session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: full refund or reschedule offered.
  • Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% of the session fee will be retained.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance: no refund will be given.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at a convenient time.
